Enquiries
The enquiry form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit your details to a website server or add you to a mailing list. You choose whether to send the message using your email app.
If you email FlightNovo, your name, email address and the information you provide are used to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting conversation. Please include only the information needed for your enquiry. You can email info@FlightNovo.com to request access to or deletion of enquiry information, subject to any recordkeeping requirements.
Email delivery
Company email uses ImprovMX for incoming forwarding, Gmail for reading and handling enquiries, and Mailjet for outgoing mail. These providers process messages to deliver the email service. FlightNovo does not sell enquiry information or use it for unsolicited marketing.
Website data
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts or nonessential cookies. Images and video are hosted with the website. Hosting services process ordinary connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect web pages.
Products and availability
The G5 simulator instrument and Remote AviTab are independent products for flight simulation. They are not certified aviation equipment. Garmin, AviTab, X-Plane and Microsoft Flight Simulator names belong to their respective owners; no endorsement or affiliation is claimed.
Product availability and service scope are confirmed by enquiry. The mobile cockpit is in development; bookings are not open. No purchases, payments or bookings are taken on this website.
